Making cybersecurity practical, understandable and human.
Heather Noggle
Codistac
Heather Noggle owns Codistac, a Springfield consulting firm that helps small businesses and technology providers build cybersecurity programs that fit. Her approach, Cybersecurity for People, starts with a simple truth: most breaches trace back to human actions, not sophisticated hacking.
With more than 25 years across software, HR and information security, Heather translates "techno-speak" into what one colleague calls "real people speak." She is a CMMC Certified Assessor and serves Defense Industrial Base clients alongside Springfield-area businesses. She writes for SecureWorld and the Springfield Business Journal and has been mentioned in the Wall Street Journal.
"Meet people where they are. Be a good teammate. Lead when no one else is."
