Nominations are open September 17 through October 1, 2026. The business must have a verified location within the 417 and must not have previously won The Blueprint’s woman-owned business award.
Judges will review eligible businesses through an objective process. Please provide accurate contact information so we can reach the business owner and verify eligibility.
A woman stands behind a business you return to, recommend to a friend, or quietly admire. You may know her through the care she gives her customers, the way she leads her team, or the difference her work makes close to home.
The Blueprint 417 Woman-Owned Business of the Year is an invitation to bring that work into view. We’re recognizing woman-owned businesses rooted in the 417 and the women whose leadership gives them meaning.
All nominations are welcome September 17 through October 1, 2026. Tell us what the business does and share a specific example of why it deserves recognition. A business must have a verified location within the 417 and must not have won this award before. Five hand-picked judges will review eligible businesses using an objective process.
We’ll gather for the recognition luncheon on November 19, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., at The Barley House at Moon Town Crossing. Each attending nominee will receive flowers and a framed certificate, and one business will receive the 2026 award.
